The advanced triply construction features stainless steel and an aluminium core that supports efficient and even heat distribution across the cooking surface. The 4mm thick body provides a sturdy cooking platform, while the flat profile makes it easy to spread dosa batter evenly and prepare rotis, chapatis, parathas, chillas, uttapams, crepes and other flatbreads.
