The cast iron body provides excellent heat retention and steady heat distribution, helping spices bloom evenly in oil or ghee. Its TREON Ti-Enamel surface is designed around oil-activated cooking, supporting smoother food release and long-lasting nonstick performance as the cookware is used regularly with proper care.
Designed for convenient handling, the Freya Tadka Pan features dual pour spouts that make transferring hot tadka easier from either side. The natural beechwood handle with metal collar provides comfortable control, while the premium Sapphire Blue enamel exterior helps protect the cast iron body from rust and moisture.
